Steam Inhalation
Fill a bowl with steaming water (not boiling!) and add 2 tsp of Camphor + Menthol + Eucalyptus Oil (Vicks VapoRub). Let your loved one gently inhale the vapours with a towel over head and the bowl. This can help relieve six cold symptoms (blocked nose, cough, breathing difficulty, headache, muscle stiffness, body ache). You may repeat this up to four times a day but discard bowl contents every time. And supervise the kids!
