Baby Tawilis (100 grams)

Ingredients:
1 kilogram tawilis
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup water
salt
pepper
oil for deep frying

For the dip:
vinegar
chopped onions
chopped garlic
red chili pepper (optional)

Instructions:

• In a bowl, mix water, flour, and cornstarch until a smooth batter is achieved. Mix well. Set aside.
• Season tawilis with salt and pepper then dredge into the batter.
• Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. As Easy as that!
